The Orange County Central Women’s Jail is part of the Orange County Jail Complex. The jail offers it’s inmates a variety of services such as: television access, outdoor recreation, commissary, access to local newspapers, medical and dental care, religious services of various denominations, vocational and educational programs, substance abuse treatment, and the opportunity to work in the Jail to earn credits to reduce the sentence of a convicted inmate.

VISITING INSTRUCTIONS:
All visitors must provide a government issued photo ID:
- a California driver’s license,
- a California identification card,
- a U.S. Passport,
- an alien registration card, or
- a U.S. military card.
Visitors are prohibited from bringing the following inside the visiting lobby:
- purses,
- cameras,
- cell phones,
- writing tablets,
- recording devices, or
- weapons

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
As the title suggests, this location houses only female inmates. It’s important to note that after being arrested in Orange County, inmates are transferred from the IRC booking location to one of the Orange County Main Jails such as the Orange County Central Women’s Jail, Theo Lacy Jail, James A. Musick Facility.
